Yes, ShipmentTrack is completely free to use. There is no registration required, no credit card needed, and no hidden fees. Just enter your tracking numbers and start tracking.
What carriers does ShipmentTrack support?
We support 17+ carriers including ABF Freight (ARCB), Banyan Technology, CEVA Logistics, C.H. Robinson, Forward Air, ECHO, R+L Carriers, Mountain Valley Express, MotherShip, MyDayLight, Numark, RoadRunner, SEKO Logistics, AIT Worldwide, and more.
How do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is typically provided by your carrier, shipper, or freight broker. It can be found on your bill of lading (BOL), shipping confirmation email, or carrier pickup receipt. The format varies by carrier.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
Yes! ShipmentTrack supports batch tracking. Simply enter multiple tracking numbers separated by commas, spaces, or new lines. We process up to 2 shipments simultaneously for optimal performance.
How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking data is fetched in real-time directly from carrier systems each time you perform a lookup. The information is as current as the carrier's own tracking system.
What does "No tracking found" mean?
This usually means: (1) The tracking number hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet, (2) The shipment hasn't been picked up, (3) The tracking number may be incorrect, or (4) The carrier's system is temporarily unavailable. Try again later or verify your tracking number.
Do you store my tracking information?
We only store your most recent carrier selection and tracking numbers in your browser's session storage for convenience. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close your browser. We do not store tracking data on our servers.
Is there a Chrome extension available?
Yes! We offer a Chrome extension called ShipmentTrack Side Panel that lets you track shipments directly from your browser sidebar. Download it from the Chrome Web Store for quick access to tracking.
What should I do if tracking fails?
If a tracking lookup fails, you can click the "Retry failed" button to try again. Common causes include temporary carrier API issues or network problems. If the problem persists, the carrier's system may be experiencing downtime.
Can I track international shipments?
ShipmentTrack primarily focuses on domestic US freight carriers. Some carriers like CEVA Logistics and SEKO support international shipments. Check with your specific carrier for international tracking availability.
